Bunun yap\u0131lma imkan\u0131 yok ise yay\u0131lmalar\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nlemek i\u00e7in ba\u015fka \u00f6nlemler al\u0131n\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Patlay\u0131c\u0131 ortam birka\u00e7 farkl\u0131 \u00e7e\u015fit patlay\u0131c\u0131dan olu\u015fuyorsa al\u0131nacak \u00f6nlem en y\u00fcksek seviyeye \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131l\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lan ortam\u0131n ya da \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n statik elektrik \u00fcreticisi ya da ta\u015f\u0131y\u0131c\u0131s\u0131 oldu\u011fu durumlarda, statik elektrik bo\u015falmalar\u0131 dikkate al\u0131n\u0131r. Statik elektri\u011fin patlay\u0131c\u0131 ortam\u0131 tutu\u015fturabilme tehlikesine kar\u015f\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlara koruyucu donan\u0131mlar verilir.<\/p>\n<p>Koruyucu sistemler, ekipman, tesis ve bunlara ba\u011fl\u0131 cihazlar\u0131n patlay\u0131c\u0131 ortamda kullan\u0131labilmeleri i\u00e7in Patlamadan Korunma Dok\u00fcman\u0131\u2019nda bu cihazlar\u0131n g\u00fcvenle kullan\u0131labilece\u011finin belirtilmesi gerekir. Bu kural koruyucu sistem ya da ekipman say\u0131lmayan fakat tesise yerle\u015ftirildikleri ortamlarda tutu\u015fturma tehlikesi meydana getiren i\u015f ekipmanlar\u0131 i\u00e7in de ge\u00e7erlidir.<\/p>\n<p>Patlama riskini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrmek ve ya\u015fanabilecek bir patlamay\u0131 i\u015fyerlerine ve i\u015f ekipmanlar\u0131na ve i\u015fyerine yay\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nlemek i\u00e7in, i\u015fyerlerinin, i\u015f ekipmanlar\u0131n\u0131n ve bunlara ba\u011fl\u0131 b\u00fct\u00fcn cihazlar\u0131n montaj\u0131, yerle\u015ftirilmesi, tasar\u0131m\u0131, bak\u0131m ve onar\u0131m i\u00e7in gerekli t\u00fcm \u00f6nlemler al\u0131n\u0131r. Her bak\u0131m ve onar\u0131m\u0131n ard\u0131ndan bunlar\u0131n uygunlu\u011fu kontrol edilir.<\/p>\n<p>Gerekli g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc durumlarda patlama olu\u015fmadan \u00f6nce, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar sesli ya da g\u00f6rsel i\u015faretler ile uyar\u0131l\u0131r ve patlama riski bulunan ortamdan uzakla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131l\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Tehlike an\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n tehlikenin etkisi alt\u0131nda oldu\u011fu b\u00f6lgeden g\u00fcvenli ve h\u0131zl\u0131 bir \u015fekilde uzakla\u015fabilmeleri i\u00e7in tahliye plan\u0131 olu\u015fturulur.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130\u015fyerinde patlay\u0131c\u0131 ortam bulunuyor ise faaliyete ba\u015flanmadan \u00f6nce t\u00fcm i\u015fyerinin patlama a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan g\u00fcvenli oldu\u011fu kan\u0131tlanmal\u0131d\u0131r. Meydana gelebilecek patlamadan korunmak i\u00e7in t\u00fcm \u015fartlar yerine getirilir. \u0130\u015fyerinin patlama a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan g\u00fcvenli olup olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131na uzman ki\u015filerce karar verilir.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130\u015fyerlerinde kullan\u0131lan yan\u0131c\u0131 ve paylay\u0131c\u0131 maddelerin kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 belirleyen baz\u0131 y\u00f6netmelikler vard\u0131r;<\/p>\n<p>Muhtemel Patlay\u0131c\u0131 Ortamda Kullan\u0131lan Te\u00e7hizat ve Koruyucu Sistemlerle \u0130lgili Y\u00f6netmelik (94\/9\/AT, 2006)<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n Patlay\u0131c\u0131 Ortamlar\u0131n Tehlikelerinden Korunmas\u0131yla \u0130lgili Y\u00f6netmelik (2013), TS 3491 EN 60079-10<\/p>\n<p>Bu y\u00f6netmelikler dahilinde, Patlamadan Korunma Dok\u00fcman\u0131 haz\u0131rlanmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Haz\u0131rlanma a\u015famas\u0131nda a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki i\u015flemler yap\u0131l\u0131r;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u0130\u015fletme faaliyetleri s\u0131ras\u0131nda kullan\u0131lan yan\u0131c\u0131 ve patlay\u0131c\u0131 maddeler tespit edilir.<\/li>\n<li>Bu maddelere ait tutu\u015fma s\u0131cakl\u0131klar\u0131, LEL, atom a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131klar\u0131 gibi MSDS bilgilerinden faydalan\u0131larak a\u015fa\u011f\u0131da yer alan \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcmler sonucunda gereken hesaplamalar yap\u0131l\u0131r.<\/li>\n<li>Yan\u0131c\u0131 maddelerin bo\u015falma h\u0131zlar\u0131 ve dereceleri belirlenir.<\/li>\n<li>Bo\u015falma h\u0131zlar\u0131n\u0131 belirlemek i\u00e7in tank bas\u0131n\u00e7, proses, ve boru devrelerinin bas\u0131n\u00e7 de\u011ferleri tespit edilir.<\/li>\n<li>Yan\u0131c\u0131 maddelerin kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve depoland\u0131\u011f\u0131 t\u00fcm alanlarda suni ve tabii havaland\u0131rma h\u0131z\u0131 ve s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcl\u00fcr.<\/li>\n<li>Havaland\u0131rma sisteminde bas\u0131lan ve emilen havan\u0131n ak\u0131\u015f h\u0131z\u0131 ve miktar\u0131 belirlenir.<\/li>\n<li>Bu \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcmlerin de\u011ferleri tespit edilip hesapland\u0131ktan sonra a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki i\u015flemler yap\u0131l\u0131r.<\/li>\n<li>Tehlikeli ve tehlikesiz b\u00f6lgelerin tasnifi, ku\u015faklar, tutu\u015fmaya neden olabilecek elektrik tesisat\u0131 dahil her t\u00fcrl\u00fc kayna\u011fa olan emniyet mesafesi belirlenir.<\/li>\n<li>Tehlikeli ve tehlikesiz b\u00f6lgelerin tasnif i\u015flemleri belirlenir.<\/li>\n<li>Yan\u0131c\u0131 ve patlay\u0131c\u0131 maddelerin depoland\u0131klar\u0131 ve kullan\u0131ld\u0131klar\u0131 alanlar, yerle\u015fim planlar\u0131 \u00fcst\u00fcnde g\u00f6sterilir.<\/li>\n<li>Yasalar\u0131n belirledi\u011fi tedbirler tavsiye edilerek t\u00fcm \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma tamamlan\u0131r.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;10px&#8221;][\/vc_column][\/vc_row]<\/p>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>[vc_row height=&#8221;auto&#8221;
